What is Rescue Without Barriers?
Rescue Without Barriers is a social project by Treesat aimed at accelerating the time of arrival of Emergency Services to the specified address in gated communities. Depending on the needs, the system can handle different types of services, such as: police, fire brigade, ambulance, inspectorates and others. Wherever immediate reaction is needed, Rescue Without Barriers ensures free entry.
Where is the problem?
When entry is restricted by a barrier or gate, the services lose a lot of time.
Providing quickly help becomes impossible.
The problem concerns the rescue team and other city services.
How it works?
Wherever our Click2open access control system has been implemented , Rescue Without Barriers can also be implemented.
Control is via an application installed on a smartphone or tablet of a rescue team member. High-class security and monitoring allows for detailed supervision of the application use.
The system manager has full control over the permissions granted to rescue teams.
Price
The Emergency Services app is completely free, there is no fee, now or in the future. There is no subscription, and the costs of maintaining the system are on our side.
Why is that?
This is an additional service that we can offer our Clients, taking advantage of the fact that the devices are already installed by them. What does this mean? That by using existing equipment and solutions, we can contribute to saving lives, so why shouldn’t we?
Mobile application
The mobile application is intended exclusively for employees of the Emergency Services. Each unit that reports to us is thoroughly verified by us, and after verification, one administrator is selected, i.e. a representative of a given unit, whose task is to grant access only to gates and barriers located in the area serviced by a given rescuer or vehicle.
The mobile application is available only for Android and can be downloaded from the Play Store.

Distributor panel
The service employees use the mobile application, while the superior system is the Click2open panel with the context of the Rescue Without Barriers Dispatcher. The dispatcher has the ability to control gates and other barriers. He is the one who adds employees of his organization to the system and defines the territorial scope served by the rescue teams. This scope defines the area in which the users of the Rescue Without Barriers mobile application will be able to control gates. Too small a scope will make the work of the rescue teams difficult, while too wide may give them too broad permissions.

Please note! There is no way that the Rescue Without Barriers application can be made available to a private person! This is an application intended ONLY for emergency services.
