Data Controller, contact details

The Controller of personal data of Non-Logged-in Users is the Service Provider, i.e. Treesat spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Olsztyn (10-180 Olsztyn), at ul. Wędkarska 38B, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court in Olsztyn, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000731526, NIP: 7393910463, REGON number: 369349018, share capital of PLN 200,000.00.

The administrator of the personal data of Logged-in Users is the Client, and the Service Provider processes them on the basis of a separate agreement at the express request of the Client.

The purposes and legal basis of data processing

The Service Provider may process the following personal data of Non-Logged-in Users: designation of the Non-Logged-in User (in particular the name and surname or company), e-mail address and possibly correspondence (postal) address, telephone number of the Non-Logged-in User.

The Service Provider processes the personal data of the Non-Logged-in User referred to above:

1. in order to consider complaints and provide answers to questions from Non-Logged-in Users – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR;
2. in order to determine, pursue, enforce or defend against claims, which is the legitimate interest of the controller, as well as to prevent abuse and fraud – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR.

Data storage period

The Service Provider processes the personal data of the Non-Logged-in User for no longer than the time of considering the complaint and providing a response to the User, and then for the period necessary for the Service Provider to pursue claims or to defend against claims directed against it on the basis of generally applicable provisions of law, taking into account the limitation periods for claims specified in generally applicable provisions of law.

Rights of the data subject

In connection with the processing of personal data by the Service Provider, the Non-Logged-in User has the right to:

1. access to your data and receive a copy thereof;
2. rectify (correct) your data;
3. deletion of data;
4. restrictions on the processing of personal data;
5. transfer your data to another administrator;
6. object to data processing, including profiling;
7. lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Categories of recipients of personal data and transfer of personal data outside the EEA

The Service Provider uses the services of other entities that process personal data on its behalf, including in the scope of: legal and accounting services, IT services and server services, advertising and marketing services, maintenance and operation of the telecommunications network; support in handling correspondence and customer service. The Service Provider does not currently plan to transfer the personal data of Non-Logged-in Users to a third country or to international organizations (i.e. outside the EEA).

The Application also uses trusted third-party tools such as Crashlytics. They are necessary for the proper functioning of the Application, and the User, by using it, accepts the use of the aforementioned tools by the Service Provider and accepts the regulations regarding their functioning.

Voluntary provision of data

Providing personal data by the Non-Logged-in User, including name, surname and correspondence address or email address, is necessary to conduct the complaint procedure. Providing other personal data by the User is voluntary.
