What exactly is SENT-GEO?
SENT (i.e. Electronic Transport Supervision System) is an IT system of the National Revenue Administration in Poland , which is used to supervise the transport of sensitive goods and trade in heating fuels.
In short, the SENT system monitors all transport and trade of goods that take place in whole or in part within Poland.
Who must report transport to SENT?
If you are involved in the transport of so-called “sensitive goods” or trade in heating fuels, you must report the transport to the SENT register and regularly update this information. As a carrier, it is also your obligation to equip the vehicle intended for such transport with an appropriate GPS locator.
So how does Fleet Manager integration with SENT work?
Fleet Manager SENT-GEO is a service that allows you to send vehicle location data to the SENT system using the Fleet Manager system. The service primarily helps entrepreneurs to meet the legal obligation to transport sensitive goods.
Send data to SENT–GEO with us
The Fleet Manager system is fully adapted to transmit current geolocation data to the SENT-GEO service , which is necessary to monitor transports that are registered in the SENT Register. We are the official operator of external ZSL location systems registered on the puesc.gov.pl platform . Our GPS recorders have appropriate technical numbers that allow them to be registered as part of the ZSL service, and the Fleet Manager system allows for convenient management of vehicles shared in the SENT-GEO system.
How does Treesat work with SENT?
The locators used in our service to monitor the fleet have built-in GPS and GSM systems, thanks to which they receive signals from GPS satellites and determine the exact location of the vehicle, which the device sends via GPRS packet data transmission to Fleet Manager servers, from where information on the vehicle’s location, together with other vehicle data required by law, is sent to the SENT system.
